Batches join this index in hundreds and in population order, and a batch is admitted only after its pages have cleared a comparison against every guide already published across the ten addresses.

Follow a city name to the guide researched for that place alone, carrying readings from its own streets, the selling rules of its state and an example priced at its median.

Every address in the programme is capped at two hundred guides. This one closes the second thousand; the nine addresses ahead of it hold the first thousand and the first four blocks of this thousand between them.
