The last block in a long programme
A programme writing one guide for each of two thousand cities could never live on a single site, so the guides were spread across ten addresses in blocks of two hundred. The final block, cities ranked 1,801 to 2,000 by population, was handed to this address, and every page here exists for the owners of those cities.
Nothing about the underlying work changed when the block moved here: owners in districts where builders keep purchasing older houses are found, a purchase is settled with the owner face to face, and the completion date is one the seller has already seen and approved in writing.
Housing, because the sellers live in them
Most enquiries arriving at this block concern a house somebody lives in day to day, or a family house that has just changed hands through an estate. The name on the door reflects that: these are homes first and assets second, and the conversations here are run that way.
In practice that means a single named contact from the first reply onward, explanations given without trade shorthand wherever a plainer word exists, and a pace dictated by the household rather than by any sales calendar.
What the firm actually does
In trade language the firm is a wholesaler, and it uses that word about itself without prompting. It locates houses off the open market, signs the purchase with the owner using its own money, completes, and only then passes the property to a builder whose earlier work has been looked at.
Listing houses for sellers is not part of the job, charging sellers for the route is not part of it either, and whatever gets built on a plot afterwards belongs to the builder, never to the firm story. An owner is entitled to that whole picture before any figure is discussed.
Who picks up the phone here
The firm was set up by Aidan Sowa, who still approves each figure personally before one leaves this address. Questions sent here are answered by the small team working the file itself, people able to walk through a number line by line rather than read from a prompt.
The buying map behind these guides tracks builder demand over 635 ZIP codes in 37 states. Letters for the team go to 131 Chimney Rock Drive, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
